Jalal is CEO and founder of Rayan Law firm. Jalal enjoys an expert profile of 15 years in intellectual property field. His expertise includes patent drafting in engineering fields such as mechanics, mechatronics,medical engineering, aerodynamics, weaving technology and fluids. He also provides consultation in intellectual property field regarding patent registration in Iran. By 2018, he has drafted and registered more than 900 patents, registered 650 trademarks, and 100 industrial design and participated in 85 rights infringement cases as a consultant.

He has also been the lecturer of more than 50 seminars in the intellectual property field.
